The Hermit of Turkey Hill
This whole novel is free even though it says "Sample chapters may be downloaded at The Hermit of Turkey Hill".

The Hermit of Turkey Hill is a story based upon a friendship, of sorts, that my grandfather — Charlie Milroy — had with a man who was the gentler sort of sociopath. The man lived in Ludlow for 35 years or so and spoke so few words that people weren’t sure where he was from. I changed the name of the town, changed the name of the police chief — my grandfather, and made up a number of characters and little events to flesh out the few facts I knew about this story. Those few facts were the important ones, but good narratives are not made up of only the important events. The little details, which may be in the background, are necessary to make the narrative concrete.

A Man For Every Purpose

A Man For Every Purpose is a tale of a man who fragments when he is not able to deal with some of the problems in his life. It is told from the point of view of that character. One of my motivations in writing this tale is to show that true and moral fantasy has more to do with human perceptions than with magical events. Nothing impossible occurs in this novel but the telling of the possible events twists them and colors them in strange ways.

Corporate Sex was named Unleashed Desires when I submitted it to publishers and agents about five years ago. It is about the mating rituals and forms of reproduction that take place in the New York City financial districts.

This is on Wattpad, a site I have never looked closely at before. There is a Wattpad application for mobile phones that allows you to read on them. I don't have a mobile phone so I know nothing about that.

The story is also available split into 85 pages, or if you click on "show full text" at the bottom of the text on the first page, it will display the entire story on one page, allowing you to copy it. The paragraph breaks are not good, which means I won't be reading it, and that's too bad because I'd like to.

Feedback as to whether or not you want me to link to any more books on Wattpad would be appreciated.

Written in Old Norse by an unknown Icelandic author in the 14th century, Viking Saga describes events that supposedly occurred many centuries earlier, starting in the year 792.

Although many of the events described in Viking Saga are mentioned in other Norse sagas (i.e. Snorri Sturulson's Lives of the Kings of Norway) or have been confirmed by archaeology, there persists an academic debate as to how much, if any, of Viking Saga is historical fact. The debate began in 1837, when Professor Bethel of Oxford first translated Viking Saga into English, making it accessible to a world-wide audience for the first time. In the opinion of this translator, Viking Saga accurately reflects Norway's earliest history, though certain elements (i.e. scenes dealing with magic and the supernatural) are probably fictional. Regardless, most readers are less interested in its historical precision than its old-fashioned literary value.

In that respect, there is simply no debate. Viking Saga is an astonishing and great work of art, crammed with exciting scenes and descriptions of lyrical beauty, along with flashes of authentic folk-wisdom and exquisite comedy. Although not as famous as the so-called "classic" sagas (such as Njal's Saga, Egil's Saga and The Saga of the Volsungs), Viking Saga is an outstanding example of medieval story-telling. It is my personal favourite, and deserves a much wider audience.

I am honoured to translate this work for contemporary readers; the last English translation was made back in 1933, by Professor Winsome of the University of Los Angeles. Now it is time to introduce Halfdan the Black and his world to a new generation. I would like to thank the publishers, and my secretary, and of course my family, for their patience during the lengthy process of translation.

I love this book's cover - it's disturbing because it's almost normal, isn't that always the creepiest? This pdf is 296 pages, the epub is 219. The digital versions are so new they haven't added the link to purchase the ebook yet.
